need a drummer

Looking for a drummer for a new project. Sound is sort of a combination of Guided By Voices, Melanie, and The Dead Milkmen. Song subjects include Barry Manilow and bigfoot. Not in the same song though. That would be ridiculous. Not looking for Neil Peart, just someone with a decent sense of rythym, a drum set of some sort, and the ability to practice at least one time a week.
